Ready to FUNdraise? The 5th Annual Sussex Cardiac Rehab Walk supporting the cardiovascular health and wellness program in Sussex is coming up on October 14th. We hope to see you there!
Cardiac rehab is a vital education and exercise program delivered by nurses, physiotherapists, dietitians, and pharmacists, that teaches patients how to manage their heart disease by changing daily health habits. The program impacts hundreds of patients annually and helps them get back to doing the things they love with the people they love.

Registration takes place in the Community Room at the Nutrien Civic Centre. - 10:00AM - 11:30AM- Walk
Walk along to Sunnyside Park. - 11:30AM - 1:00PM- Reception & Prizes
